Little Chick’s Daycare:
Daily Schedule
Open – 6:00 a.m – 8:00 a.m
Arrival and Breakfast
Children participate in quiet activities and eat breakfast. As children finish breakfast, they can free play until other children finish eating breakfast
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
During the school year we will walk to the bus stop to put older kids on the bus. Summer months we will participate in circle time and discussion.
8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m
Morning Snack
Winter months: circle time
The children will visit the arts and crafts area and do music, singing or dancing.
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m
Structured outdoor play, weather permitting. Spring time each child will be planting seeds and will have their own garden set to care for their plants.
11:00 a.m – 11:30 a.m
Children will gather their lunches and we will sit together in friendly discussion while we eat.
11:30 a.m – 12:00 a.m.
We will participate in story time to settle down for nap/quiet time.
12:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Children will lay down in nap area where they can sleep or have quiet time with a toy or book. Children can get up at their own will and are not required to nap.
2:00 – 2:30
Wake up stretching/dance and free play.
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
We will revisit the day’s curriculum
Afternoon Snack
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Free play/Free drawing or coloring
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Outdoor free play
5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
We will gather to discuss the day’s activities, etc.
Clean up and closing time
Pricing
Weekly fees are due every Monday (even if your child did not attend all days), as it keeps your spot at our daycare. Prices are non-negotiable as they are specific to our daycare and expenses to create a fun and happy learning environment for the children! Thank you for understanding.
Multiple children from the same family Discount: While each child is equally important to us, to help families with the cost of daycare we offer a 10% discount off the full price. (i.e. Two full time toddlers at $170.00/week = $340.00/week – 10% discount = $304.00/week) Active Duty Military discount: 10% off Full Time Prices with ID.
